Lovely pub right in the middle of the village and close to the Brimore Tram and canal towpath. We visited on a couple of occasions for a beer or two. Nice ambience, very friendly, and lovely seating outside too.
Lovely pub on the Brecon +Monmouth Canal. The lasagne we had for lunch was the best ever that we have had. Absolutely gorgeous vegetarian lasagne with lots of veg in the sauce, side salad and garlic bread which I couldn't resist dipping in the delicious sauce.
Unfortunately i cannot rate the rooms only stopped here for a light refreshment, cider, after a hike up in the Brecons. Friendly hosts and customers alike, pop in and say hello, dogs very welcome.
Lovely pub on the canal. A few benches at the back and some tables overlooking the river below. Probably easiest of the 2 pubs in the village to visit if on bikes
When our Airbnb plans fell through we came looking for a room at the White Hart. Although they were full, the owner personally called people she knew in town to help us find another accomodation. It was very kind. Afterwards, we were able to relax and enjoy our first meal in town at the White Hart (fish and chips over a pint).
